We finally managed to finish up the I-129F, and G-325A forms for each of us. We also had to go down to Kinko's to get passport photos and photocopy several documents, including my birth certificate. It took awhile tracking down all the documents we needed.
One of the things the I-129F asked us for was evidence that my fiance and I have met in the past two years. We photocopied the entry and exit stamps in David's passport from his last few visits (in addition to photocopying the other major pages in the passport). We also made prints of a few of the photos we've had taken together. This should better establish proof of our relationship.
Before submitting everything, I photocopied EVERYTHING, including the check I had to write to Homeland Security for the application. I recommend to everyone doing the same. That way you have a record of what you've sent should you need it in the future.
Sending out the completed package today...
